The ZerTIC Foundation guarantees the continuity of services for the clients affiliated with the Foundation. The Foundation allows these affiliated clients of ZerTIC to continue to have access to their data and the full and undisturbed functionality of the software even in the event of an unexpected discontinuity of ZerTIC BV.
For this purpose, the Foundation has its own (back-up) servers. The board of directors of clients affiliated with the Foundation has a seat.
